The fruits and vegetables are freshly sourced from a local supplier from Tabanan. ULU’s crudité board won’t specifically say what vegetables will be used during the week as it depends on the current freshest, sweetest produce available for the week. Seafood uses a sea-to-table concept—they are caught daily in local waters and brought directly to the kitchen to ensure the freshest possible fish to cook for the day.
The mouth-watering culinary offerings of ULU CLIFFHOUSE is laidback in style, but ambitious in flavor and presentation. Light bites are truly the star of the menu; the perfect accompaniment to your ocean-side unwinding. Fried calamari ceviche, Ulu Burger and Lamb Skewers are on the Best Selling list for food, while the cocktails Son of a Beach, Smoked Pineapple Margarita and Cliff Colada makes the list for drinks. The Chef highly recommends Crab Hush Puppies, Red Snapper Tiradito, and Braised Octopus, downed with Cucumber Number, White Sangria, Cliff Colada.
