Some people won’t sail the sea because they feel safer on land. However, there is a crowd of people who have sanctioned the sea as their refuge. HighEnd was honored to be a part of a journey of a lifetime with one of the most elegant cruise companies in the world, Crystal Cruises.

We are honored to be invited in Crystal Serenity’s Southeast Asian route, as the part of their 2018 World Cruise itinerary. The cruise initially began her journey from United States about 100 days prior and has conquered the oceans and continents of the Blue Planet, until eventually made her way to the waters of South China Sea, where the Southeast Asian tour begins. The 16-day “Far East Vistas Cruise” embarks from the port of Manila, then onto Hong Kong, Hanoi, Chan May, Ho Chi Minh City, Sihanoukville (Cambodia) and finally sets her anchor in Singapore.

Crystal Penthouse Living Room

Some might wonder how those people can survive days or sometimes months at sea. The answer is simple: Crystal Cruises has made sure that guests embarking with them are serviced with immaculate facilities and unparalleled quality of accommodations and beyond. Traveling with the Crystal Serenity cruise is an all-inclusive journey that includes luxurious suites with incredible room service, dining experience including in-room service and fine dining restaurants, to entertainment facilities keeping guests active and reserved.

Serenity Penthouse Suite

Extraordinary space is dedicated for the stateroom, suite and penthouse. This October, Crystal Serenity will receive 36 new Penthouses and two new Penthouse Suites, which will offer Crystal Cruises’ acclaimed personal butler service, walk-in closets, spa-inspired bathrooms and spacious 403 to 538 sq. ft footage.

Reverb Pool-deck Sunset

The line offers full-sized cinema and theater, casino from Genting Group as well as private high-roller casino, fitness and sport area – including grass tennis court, pool with Jacuzzi, fitness center, extra-wide 360⁰ promenade decks, shopping center, nightclubs, bridge lounge, gentlemen’s saloon, elegant library, and relaxing spa and beauty salon. Each day, the cruise prepares onboard activities, including unique educational programs, intimate entertainment, and sport classes.

Crystal Serenity Dining Room

The most lavish restaurant onboard is its grand Crystal Dining Room (new name: Waterside). It features international cuisine and regionally inspired dishes based on where it sails, and never repeats a menu during a voyage, even on a 100-plus day World Cruise. The menus showcase artistic, innovative cuisine utilizing the doctrines of molecular gastronomy, while served and presented in an elegant fine dining vibrancy.

After 28 years, Crystal Cruises continues to honor their mission to provide guests in four main pillars: service, space, quality, and choices. Service begins with one of the highest staff-to-passenger ratios in the industry, approximately almost at 1:2 ratios. The European-trained staff members hailed from more than 40 nations and are selected based on their winning, warm personalities as well as their expertise in providing Six-Star service.
