Clovia—hence the name. Uniquely taken from Indonesian spice, Clove and Batavia, this newly launched restaurant tucked in the lounge lobby area of Hotel Mercure Sabang.
As you step in and gaze through the entire room, the colonial of Batavia architecture design that twists a sense of modernity and vintage will instantly bring the strong vibes of Jakarta Tempo Doloe, including the old town stylized mural and Jakarta’s Governor facial drawing.
The Hotel has been famously known and established in Sabang since 1980. They’ve been known for their best-selling menu, Sop Buntut Sabang. Now, just recently launched, Clovia brings out the authentic, fusion and international menus cooked and inspired from the Indonesian local foods.
Some of Clovia menus you must try are Three in One Clovia Pizza, Bebek Khas Bali, Es Pisang Ijo, Bebek Panggang Khas Bali, Iga Penyet and Nasi Goreng Clovia.
