Prambanan Jazz Festival arrives with a passion to combine two masterpieces that are Prambanan Temple and world music.
With "Music, Experience & Masterpiece" tagline, Prambanan Jazz Festival will be held on the 17th, 18th and 19th of August 2018 at Prambanan Temple tourism complex, Yogyakarta. The music festival will take place from 14.00 WIB until 24.00 WIB.
For this fourth edition, there will be more jazz musicians such as Idang Rasidi, Indra Lesmana, Syaharani, Monita Tahalea, Fariz RM, Tohpati, and many more. There are also special collaborations among musicians such as Indra Lesmana feat Eva Celia, Tompi feat Nadya Fatira, Idang Rasidi feat Syaharani, Tohpati feat Sheila Majid, Marcell and Rio Febrian, KAHITRAN (Kahitna feat RAN). Father and son duo namely Father and Son (Yovie x Arsy) also join the bandwagon with young newcomer, Brisia Jodie.
At the main stage there will be Diana Krall, the two-time Grammy Award winner as the Best Jazz Vocal Performance in 1997 and Best Jazz Vocal Album in 2002. 2000s phenomenal band Boyzone is also ready to become a part of history with thousands of spectators later.
