With a great amount of well-known brands in the industry displaying each of their unique and ravishing collection, we have collected some of the most must-see pieces as Spring/Summer 2019 inspiration.
As a way to celebrate one decade anniversary of her show, Mary Katrantzou takes a bold step in displaying her fresh set of collection blended from the language she developed over the past 10 years. The collection was inspired by a specific approach and concept that each of them feels like a walking work of art. She inventively pours out her idea to her garments in unique forms such as shiny metallic pattern that gives a clean futuristic look. According to her collection, long gowns with colorful printed floral pattern will rule upcoming spring season.
Embracing the feminine side of women, J.W. Anderson’s collection is filled with doily fabrics, elongated and oversized apparels that channel bohemian feeling—all paired with knee boots or white sneakers. He also plays with layering, as seen in the red breezy dress covered with a cape. To complete his collection, there are also some playful accessories like the folksy headscarves and the floor-sweeping hand bag.
HOUSE OF HOLLAND
Henry Holland is not shying away from over-the-top design for his collection. This time, the key elements to his collection are bright acidic colors of neon orange, pink, and blue. Dominated by huge logos, sportswear, and oversized tops, his pieces sure are attention-stealing. As a cherry on top, there are cord-laced neon sandals which, together with the outfits, represent the fast-paced life people have.
