Pada tanggal 4 Desember, Melon Music Awards 2021 (MMA 2021) diadakan untuk memberikan penghargaan kepada sejumlah seniman dan musisi Korea yang telah melahirkan karya yang luar biasa di tahun 2021 ini.

Seperti tahun sebelumnya, acara MMA 2021 juga diadakan secara online dan disiarkan langsung di saluran YouTube 1theK.
