Vegetarian is NOW not about the food, is NOW about Stella #StanSmith sneakers.

Stella McCartney is not just a supercool green designer, but she is consistent to her ideal from the beginning. She is long known for committing to cruelty-free fashion. There would not be fur or leather in her next Project, as expected, without obstructing her creativity. Instead, she is a pioneer in Adidas women’s sports performance category. This year, the brilliant twist comes from the collaboration between her and Adidas for Stella #StanSmith leather-free sneakers.

The time has come again since the last collaboration between these two back in Spring/Summer 2005. Now, this Winter 2018 collection Stella #stansmith will be available for worldwide pre-order in September, in commemoration of Stella’s birthday in the same month.

As a tribute to Stan Smith, his face and signature are adorned on the tongue of the right shoe, while Stella marks her signature and portrait on the left one. The infamous Adidas three-stripes is replaced by Stella’s own stars.

Stella McCartney proved that an eco-friendly sneakers can be simple, elegant, and cool at the same time. Even if you’re not in your Tracksuit, don’t think twice to wear it with your dress, from cocktail to your (perhaps) wedding dress—I dare you.
