St. Regis Bali proudly presents the Astor Diamond Champagne Brunch at their honored Kayuputi Restaurant that is facing the vast seas of Nusa Dua. Completed with the finest Asian-fusion gastronomy, the multi-award winning brunch session promises their guests an elegant and unique champagne experience.
From 11AM, guest are invited to the renowned Kayuputi Champagne Bar for canapés and a delectable selection of aperitifs, fine champagne, refreshing juices and mocktails, as well as a selection of cocktails, which includes the famed St. Regis signature Bloody Mary with local ingredient twist. The brunch will formally open at noon with ceremonial sabrage, in which Chief Sommelier Jeroen Jochems opens a champagne bottle with a saber.
Sitting outdoors will be a great choice for a sunny and fresh champagne brunch. As you take your seat, you will be served course by course to the table with handcrafted Kayuputi à la carte brunch menu. There will also be chef-specialty supplemental dishes passed around in plates. The whole experience is wrapped in all-white decoration and touch of greeneries here and there.
The Astor Diamond Champagne Brunch is held every Sunday from 11AM to 3PM at Kayuputi Restaurant. Brunch Package starts from IDR 1,450,000 net per person.
