HighEnd’s annual fashion fête MASTERPIECE returned to steal the runway again, this time in collaboration with Indonesia Fashion Fair (IFF).
The gala took place at MNC Conference Hall, iNews Center Building 3rd Floor, Jakarta. This time, the event lasted for one day on December 8 2017. Under “The Art of Revival” theme, 10 prominent Indonesian fashion designers joined the runway to present their couture masterpiece. They are Rinda Salmun, Danjyo Hiyoji, Patrick Owen, Malik Moestaram, Sutanto Danuwidjaja, Billy Tjong, Yongki Budisutisna, Yoseph Sinudarsono, Poppy Dharsono, and Melta Tan.
Before the ceremony starts, the guests are presented with sleek fashion exhibition from talented students in several Fashion Schools, including Raffles, Binus Northumbria School of Design, Bunka School of Fashion, and La Salle. The event was opened by hand bouquet ceremony presented by HighEnd Magazine’s Chairwoman Mrs. Liliana Tanoesoedibjo to all designers and sponsors, which include SamKim Skincare & Cosmetics, Swarovski, LT Pro, and UOB.
Before the Masterpieces hit the runway, IFF presented Fashion Awards 2017 for designers Poppy Dharsono and Lia Candrasari, as well as Lifestyle Awards 2017 for Rossa, Marsha Timothy, Wewey Wita, Gita Gutawa, Santi Tio, and Miss Indonesia 2017 Achintya Nilsen.
The invited designers revealed their authentic fashion touch along with their muses afterwards, witnessed by dozens of VIPs and around a hundred of guests. After the main event, the guests enjoyed dinner to close the evening. These fashionable guests include designers, celebrities, models, socialites, and prominent figures in the business.
