This Ramadan, Plataran bring to us a variety of traditional menus that are usually eaten at home, to be enjoyed during the fasting month at selected Plataran outlets in Jakarta. Plataran new menus take inspiration from the Middle East such as al hambra lamb curry as well as kebuli and shrimp rice that was specially formulated with Plataran and Indonesian flavors. In addition, Plataran Venues & Dining will be serving a delectable selection of Indonesian specialties such as Wheat Fish Crackers, Rambutan Gurame, Taliwang Chicken, Cotton Fish, Durian Sambal Shrimp, and a fragrant Lime leaf Chicken dish from Aceh. TUGU KUNSTKRING PALEIS

This Ramadan, Tugu Kunstkring Paleis encouraged guests to learn the history of two prominent figures in Indonesia history, Ir Soekarno and Pangeran Diponegoro, with Colonial era menu. The restaurant is offering signature Indonesian dishes such as Lobster Saus Padang, Bebek Lado Mudo and Rundvlees Kleine Aardappelen Rendang. The highlight of the Ramadan menu is Kambing Panggang Suku Bedouin – a grilled mutton that wrapped in kurma leaves and cooked in a sand hole. The iftar packages are available in two choices: Sesaji Makanan Indonesia available at 485,000 per person and Sajian Indonesiaku available IDR 348,000 per person.

RAFFLES JAKARTA

Following the grand success of previous years, Raffles Jakarta proudly presents its 3rd Annual Turkish Ramadhan at Arts Café by Raffles from 5 May – 4 June 2019.
