SANA-SINI RESTAURANT
Pullman Hotel, Jl. M.H. Thamrin 59, Central Jakarta

A myriad of Chinese, Western, Japanese, and Indonesian menus spread over four individually designed, spacious counters. Available on weekends only, you can fork and slice the incredible Roasted Prime Ribs on your plate at all times, to your liking–since it’s provided on the buffet. But please don’t stop there because each panel offers different specialties.

THE WHITE RABBIT

A classically appointed interior is applied to The White Rabbit, a European dining restaurant in Singapore which puts highlight on the ambience of a restored chapel. Although not mentioned literally, Middletown is secretly built under the influences of the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton—not implemented physically, but implied delicately through the décor. For instance, the color palettes of the beautiful brunchery are royal navy blue and white, with a touch of bronze brass here and there. These are the colors that correlate with the princess, who is the epitome of modesty and elegance. The tile patterns of the place are also inspired by Westminster Abbey, where the historic Royal Wedding was held. Same goes for the menus. The brilliant minds behind Middletown has put together sophisticated yet simple menu to indulge. We recommend trying their delicious Avocado on Polenta and Sweet Potato Croquette to start the day. And for the sweet tooth, try their iconic Charcoal-Black Waffle with Mascarpone Ice Cream.
