Combining technical proficiency with good business insight, seasoned NavaPark director Richard Oh has tackled a range of projects that has taken him from his homeland of Malaysia to Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia, USA, and Mexico, culminating in 25 years of experience. Richard’s completed projects in Indonesia include the super exclusive Eco-resort villa at Pulau Bawah Resort in Anambas Islands, Verde Condominium in Jakarta CBD, as well as the current development of 68-hectare resort residential township NavaPark in Serpong, Tangerang. NavaPark has been considered the highlight of his entire career for its premium design concept, international quality products, vast land, supportive shareholders and overall great team.
With years of experience under his belt, the passionate Richard reveals the one characteristic that makes him the successful NavaPark director he is today is his patience in giving guidance and direction to his staff. “I have to give them time to learn and excel in their field.
